The Operations page shows all scheduled POSs in the Gimme VMS account. From the Operations page, you can create visits and invoices, schedule deliveries, and generate pick orders and visits. You are also able to see the progress of a visit on the operations page.
Calendar (1): Use the calendar arrows to navigate between days or select a specific date range
Routes (1): Use to filter routes for specifically scheduled visits
Visits (2): This toggle displays all scheduled visits for the day or date range
Exceptions (2): This toggle displays POSs that may have a high/low balance or missing DEX
Help Desk Button (3): Provides information on the most recent version of the Gimme VMS app and resources for assistance
Three-dot menu (4):
- Create Visit: Adds a scheduled visit to the operations page
- Select a POS, visit type, and assign a route to create a visit
- Create Invoice: Creates an invoice for a visit
- Select a route, POS, and add products to create the invoice
- Schedule Delivery: Adds a Delivery POS to the schedule
- Select a delivery date, route, POS, and products to schedule a delivery
Generate Pick Orders (5): Creates a PDF of selected pick orders
- Be sure to select a route(s) before clicking Generate Pick Orders
Visits on Day PDF (5): Creates a PDf of the visits by the driver
- Be sure to select a route(s) before clicking Visits on Day PDF
Views(6):
- Visit Card: Normal view that shows all the scheduled visits
- Detailed View: A more in-depth view of each POS
- Accountability View (eye icon): Provides a quick snapshot of visit details for daily activities and date ranges
