How to create a visit in VMS – Gimme Vending

From the Operations page, click the red three-dot menu
Click Create Visit
Select a POS
Select either Service or Collect (enter cash bag # if it is a collect visit))
Click Assign a Route and select the preferred route
If necessary make changes to the current inventory in the Current actual column
- or make changes to the Adds in the Add actual column
Click Save

*Check the Adds column to make sure the adds are not being pulled through from a recent pick order.

*Created visits are for the current date, users cannot add visits in the past
