To bypass this:
- Click on the three-line menu button for "more actions"
- Click "Keep"
- Click the down arrow next to "Show more"
- Click "Keep anyway"
- Click "Open File"
- Click "Yes" and follow the prompts
- Follow the prompts and finally click "Finish"
