VMS for iOS (iPad/iPhone) version 1.3.30 with Release Notes

VMS for iOS 1.3.30 was released December 8, 2022.  

It was several versions behind VMS for Windows.  It replaces VMS for iOS version 1.3.8, released on June 14, 2022.  It resolves 20 GitHub issues, described below.

The following pages were updated:

Operations

  • (GitHub 911) Included missing data for cashless sales and visit type for markets in reports.
  • (GitHub 1018) Added a POS Type filter to the Ops Screen for improved filtering capabilities.
  • (GitHub 1058) Added a search field to the product list in VMS when creating a new visit for easier product selection.

Accounts

  • (GitHub 639) Imported POG for micro markets will now prevent the creation of duplicate products.
  • (GitHub 977) Fixed issue where unarchived products placed at a POS were still labeled as archived.
  • (GitHub 1010) Resolved issue where products could not be deleted or edited on the Next Order screen.
  • (GitHub 1040) Disabled the automatic creation of PDFs when editing invoices.
  • (GitHub 1054) In the VMS, when managing a schedule, users can now unselect routes that have already been selected.

Schedule

  • (GitHub 777) Resolved issue where the "Update scheduled delivery" button was not working as intended.

Warehouses

  • (GitHub 863) Improved the user interface when creating POs or receipts.
  • (GitHub 906) Archived SKUs will now be hidden on the Warehouse transfer screen.
  • (GitHub 936) Fixed the return to vendor process.
  • (GitHub 1009) Changed the label for "Vendor PO" to "Vendor Invoice #" for clarity.
  • (GitHub 1012) Altered column titles for receipts and POs for better understanding.
  • (GitHub 1033) Implemented sorting of products on stock balance.
  • (GitHub 1038) Fixed the scrolling issue on the "Product count detail" screen under the WHI section for better visibility of multiple users.

Products

  • (GitHub 630) Improved the user interface on the Placements and Inventories page.
  • (GitHub 1044) Updated the user interface on the Product page for a more seamless experience.
  • (GitHub 1055) Fixed issue where users were unable to add SKUs with the same conversion factor as an archived SKU.

Commissions

  • (GitHub 1042) Added a commission toggle filter for generated reports.
