Q: Why won't my micro market product scan at one, or more, kiosks?
A: A few reasons; here is how to troubleshoot the issue:
- The market is not VDI enabled
- For products to scan at at a market kiosk, the market must be VDI enabled
- You can verify for yourself that the market is VDI enabled by opening the market in 365
- Next, select the blue bar highlighted in red below
- Verify this box is checked

- Verify the barcode / SKU
- Navigate to the Products screen
- Open the product that will not scan
- Select the top right, red menu button
- Select Edit
- Verify the barcode / SKU is the same on the actual product
- Note that you can add multiple barcodes for one Unit of Measure by using a comma
- If the barcode is incorrect, or an additional barcode needs to be added, make changes as necessary and select Done
- Navigate to the market's POS page and sync to VDI

- Verify the product's unit of measure in the market POG
- Navigate to the market POS in Gimme VMS
- Search and select the product that will not scan at the kiosk
- Verify the correct unit of measure is placed in the market
- If not, select the red circle with a white line to remove the product and replace with the correct unit of measure
