Accounts > Location > POS > Equipment
Creating a new account and all of it's contents must follow the above order of operations.
- Users must first create an Account before a Location
- Create a POS within the Location, that is within an Account
Equipment can be created at any time and added to a warehouse. Once the POS is created, it can be placed at the POS. (Optional for non-vending/food POS).
Sales (cashless, bills, and coins) are associated with the POS, not equipment. This means that you do not need to allocate sales after swapping equipment.
For example: At the Costco Account, POS 2884 is newly created and does not have a vending machine assigned to it. The drink machine, 551, placed in the POS 551 will be moved to the main entrance. The sales generated from the drink machine 551 stays with POS 551. Any new sales at POS 2884 will be associated with POS 2884.
