The Schedule page in Gimme Field displays the scheduled and completed visits for that specific day. This is where you will complete visits, service machines, and create service tickets.
Features:
- Search bar and barcode scanner: use to search for POSs (If you select a POS that is not currently on the schedule, it will be added to the schedule)
- Schedule dashboard
- Progress: this bar will increase with a green line as each scheduled visit is completed
- Collected Bags: this will increase as each collect visit is completed
- Cash Bags: this tells you how many cash bags there are accross all total scheduled visits
- Time on Route: this is the sum of the amount of time spent at each POS
- To Do: this is a list of all scheduled visits for the day
- Completed: once a visit is completed, it will move from the To Do column to this one
- Green outline around a POS: this indicates that these POSs are located nearby
