In Gimme Field:
Important: the visit type must be changed BEFORE the visit is synced!
1. Select a Visit on the Schedule page
2. If no key is linked, you will receive a prompt to “Link Key” “Inventory”
OR
If you are linking a different key:
3. Tap on the red three dot menu
4. Tap Link New >
5. Scan the barcode on the Gimme Key or manually enter the serial number (including the dash) printed on the side of the key
6. Plug the key into a DEX port
If you are unable to get DEX after linking the key, view the (Updated Apr 21, 2022) Troubleshooting Gimme Field Issues article before contacting Gimme Customer Support - We will ask you to follow the same steps to troubleshoot the issue
