There are a few settings adjustments needed to enable the Gimme Money Box Key to send data via Bluetooth to Gimme VMS.
If you have not installed and linked the Gimme Money Box Key, refer to the Money Room Key Set Up before adjusting the settings on your coin counter.

- Tap and hold the red End button on the key pad
- Tap ENTER USER SETUP MODE on the screen

This screen doesn't have any required adjustments, but here are the recommended settings:
- END SUBBAT: AUTO
- This allows you to keep counting bags without having to end a batch every time a bag is counted
*** Data Entry Selections ***
- The settings for labels is required!
- Tap SELECT LABELS to enter LABEL SETUP

- Locate C:
- Tap [AUTO]
- Next, tap Custom
- If there is existing text, you can type to overwrite or use the CLEAR button on the keypad
- Enter BAG #
- Tap ENTER on the keypad
- If you tap EXIT on the screen without tapping the ENTER key on the keyboard, it will not save the C: label!
- If there is existing text, you can type to overwrite or use the CLEAR button on the keypad
- Locate C:

- The rest of the settings are optional
- If you want to print a count receipt with more detailed information, you can add more labels for A:, B:, or D:
*** Port Setup ***
The PORT SET UP is important!
- Tap PORT SETUP on the screen
- Typically, coin counters have 8 ports located on the back of the machine
- The top row are ethernet ports and the bottom row are serial ports
- The Money Box Key plugs into the bottom row of serial ports
- The top row are ethernet ports and the bottom row are serial ports
- In the Gimme office, we use port 8
- Here is what the settings look like when using port 8
- You may use other ports IF they are set to PRNTR
- Any other devices connected to the machine with a port setting of COMM will interfere with relaying counting data from the coin counter to the Money Box Key
