To replace a product in Gimme Field, follow these steps:
- from the schedule page, select the POS by tapping on it
- on the bottom right select Planogram
- choose the product to be replaced; this will bring up the product's information
- directly below the image of the product, select Replace; this will bring up the product search page
- at the top left of the page is a Permanent toggle (the default position is on, red)
- If the replacement is not permanent, change the toggle to the off position (gray)
- users can type in the name of the new product, or by selecting the barcode within the search bar, users can scan the new product to complete the replacement
- users will be taken back to the planogram page once the selection is complete
- back on the planogram page, the new product displays without color; this makes it quickly identifiable
- there will be a circular red arrow on the new product; this shows it is a replacement
- selecting the product will bring up the information page; this page will not show the new product's information; the user will see the old product with an arrow to the new product showing a replacement was completed
- the user can then enter the adds for this product.
