How to print an invoice from the Visit Details screen or Account Balance screen
How to print an invoice from the Visit Details screen
- Select the invoice total amount with an > symbol next to it
- Select the Create PDF button at the top right of the screen
- Select Save
- Select Create a PDF
- A File Explorer window will open, note which folder you save it to (or change the destination folder) then select Save
How to print an invoice from the Account Balance screen
- Navigate to the Accounts page
- Click on an Account with a delivery POS
- Click Balance
- Click on an Invoice
- Click Create PDF
- Click the share icon in the top right of the screen
- Click Print
How to bulk print invoices
- Navigate to the Accounts page using the three-line menu in the top left of the screen
- Using the red Accounts search menu, search for and select the desired account
- Click Next
- Click More info
- On the Account Info page, click Balance
- Click Select Invoices
- Select the invoices you want to include
- Click Create PDF
- A box will come up for you to save the pdf file. You may change the name of the file here, then click Save.
- The PDF file will come up for you to print
