How to reactivate an archived POS
- Navigate to the Accounts page using the three-line menu in the top left of the screen
- Click on POS
- Click within the search bar
- Select Archived in the menu below the search bar
- Click on the archived POS you want to reactivate
- Click Next, this will bring up the account the POS is assigned to.
- Click More Info
- Select the POS to be reactivated
- Click on the red three-dot menu in the top right of the screen
- Select Edit POS
- Click the toggle switch next to Active (it will turn to red)
- Select Next to save
How to reactivate an archived account
You are not able to reactivate an archived account on your end. Contact Gimme Support for our development team to reactivate.
