GitHub is the software Gimme uses to track the status of customer zenDesk tickets/issues that need additional help from our development team.
If a customer issue needs additional help from our development team, we will add a GitHub tag to their ticket in ZenDesk, and either create a GitHub issue for that ticket or add it to an existing one.
Once a solution to an issue has been created, it must pass testing on both iOS and windows before the ticket concerning that specific issue can be solved.
Github issues are also created for any updates or changes in the software.
Customers will be notified through ZenDesk when the issue concerning their ticket has been solved.
