Have you added new products but they aren't yet visible on the Gimme app? Need your drivers to add a new product to a machine on the same day?
1. Assign the new product to a planogram on an active Gimme route using your VMS. The product will be selectable on Gimme after the next sync, or
2. If you need a driver to select a new product on the same day, perform a same-day schedule sync. You will need to:
- Re-sync the route you added the new product to.
- Re-sync all routes that the new product will need to appear on.
3. Have all affected drivers refresh the app on their iPads by:
- Tapping the hamburger at the top left corner of the app. Then,
- Tap the circular arrow at the bottom left corner to refresh.
