- From the Operations page, tap/click on the three-line menu button located on the top left of your screen then tap/click on Money Room
- From the Money Room page, look to the upper right-hand corner of the page for the Money Box-Link Status
- It may display Connecting in red when you first open the page, wait until it turns blue and says Connected before counting any bags
Any bags counted before the Money Box is connected will NOT be saved
in the Gimme System

- Select the route you wish to count (Note that only bags from completed visits will appear)
- You can now begin counting as normal
- If you notice a bag you just counted went into the Gimme system but does not appear in your counted section, the bag may have moved to the Unassigned section of the Money Room
- Unassigned Bags can be found at the bottom of the page and will display the number of unassigned bags
- By tapping on an Unassigned Bag you can either edit the bag number and amounts, or use the Assign Visit function to assign the bag to its correct visit, and remove it from the Unassigned Section
- Once you tap Assign Visit, a menu of stops will appear, where you can search by bag number or POS number, and tap on the visit it belongs
Troubleshooting
Unassigned bags can happen in two main ways:

- Driver types in Gimme Field a number that does not match the money bag
- If this occurs, if you notice this error prior to counting the money bag, you can edit the bag number to match what is in Gimme to the bag
- If you count the bag and it is now unassigned, you will need to steps 7-9
- Driver types in Gimme Field a number that does not match the money bag
The money bag was counted before the visit was completed by the driver
- First, the visit will need to be completed from the Operations page
- Select the visit
- Select Complete Visit
- Lastly, return to the Money Room and follow steps 7-9
Searched for a visit, but cannot find it
- This means that the visit has not been completed by the driver
- The visit will need to be completed from the Operations page
- Select the visit
- Select Complete Visit
- Return to the Money Room then follow steps 7-9
