To make same day schedule change on Gimme, managers can use the following steps:
1. Make desired change to schedule in your VMS, save and/or update service order.
2. Go to the "Schedules" section of Gimme Cloud.
3. Click on the route schedule you want to sync.
4. Click on "Sync schedule" near the top-right corner of the screen.
5. Wait for schedule to complete re-sync and inform driver to refresh schedule on iPad.
