Currently, there is no way in Gimme VMS to assign a Canteen One Machine Number. Gimme is working with Canteen One to improve the JSON report export process. However, you will need to notify Gimme via email (do not call, this is not considered a critical issue) if a Canteen One POS is moved, swapped, or created.
Failure to email Gimme Support support@gimmevending.com with the following information before or after a POS is swapped, moved, or created will result in inaccurate reporting to Canteen One.
